Peter and the Wolf Jazz Orchestra
We worked closely with the artist/author Ayesha López from Spain, to create a wonderful adaptation of this classic tale of Peter and the Wolf. A composition with words by Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev. Her illustrations for this were exquisite, and the book received many great reviews from around the World.
Now, the UMO Jazz Orchestra in Finland has used her illustrations to perform the whole Prokofiev composition, that was created to be performed as a musical piece for an orchestra with a narrator. The result was amazing and some new performances are scheduled soon in Helsinki. More info here.
