Jessie Fitzgerald

Jessie Fitzgerald is an author-illustrator and animator with a deep passion for storytelling and illustration. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, the animals, forests, and natural whimsy of Oregon profoundly inspire her work. Since childhood, Jessie has been crafting heartwarming narratives about animals, making children’s publishing a natural path after earning degrees in both animation and multimedia arts. Her experience spans freelancing as a storyboard artist, illustrator, graphic designer, and animator, as well as working for the Walt Disney Company. Now, she continues to pursue her love of storytelling while enjoying life in Oregon as a new mum.
