Clare Victoria Wilson

Clare’s imagination and passion for creating was strongly influenced by growing up in the countryside surrounded by nature. If she wasn’t drawing or painting she would be making something.

She trained at UWE Bristol and then Glyndŵr University in Illustration for Children’s Publishing graduating in 2004. The next 10 years were spent in the greeting card/gift industry; designing, commissioning and art directing artists in London.

In 2014 she became a freelance illustrator/designer and moved into her own studio space at Hackney Downs Studios, London, giving Clare the opportunity to focus on more creative projects, including greeting cards, wall stickers, homewares and children’s illustration. 

Clare now lives in North Somerset with her family who are a never ending source of inspiration!!
